Responsibilities & Context


  • HR management; Working with the Human resource team the individual will support the entire HR process of staff recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring and staff termination.
  • Finance; The person must have good Microsoft Excel skills to undertake routine finance work such as monitoring of miscellaneous expenditure.
  • General Office Administration: The individual must have experience in administering day-to-day office management, Education Board related file update and maintenance, maintain school equipment records, sending out school notices, and implementation of instructions from the school authority.
  • School Event Coordination and Management: The person will be in charge of event management, in particular, in documenting and monitoring the cultural, sports and academic events.
  • Ability to schedule and time table will be essential.
  • Monitoring Staff and Student Attendance.
  • Schedule & facilitate Staff, Parent-Teacher & Parent-Principal Meetings.
  • Supporting the Students’ admission process.
  • Supporting the assessment-related tasks (Question Paper collection/Printing/Filing etc.)
  • Monitoring the school calendars, holidays and reminding staff of key dates.
  • Communicating with Parents via Phone/WhatsApp/Email.
  • Student Disciplinary issues.
  • Email communication with collaborators and other associates of the organization.
  • Manage school assembles and school safety drills.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
