1. Manager Planning ( RMG Division )
2. Senior Executives / Executives Planning

Educational Qualifications :
1) Graduation in Textile engineering or Industrial engineering. Higher education will be an added qualification for sure.
2) A good knowledge of IE methodical based production target setting and other professional planning methods are mandatory.
3) Sound communication ability in English should be there.

Experience:
1) Minimum 7 years at the capacity of the planning manager position at a reputed RMG company.
2) Minimum 03 years of working history at the last company. Those who are changing the companies/ jobs in more frequent manner need not to apply.
3) Experience on Manual (Excel) planning board system and Software (Fast react or any other).

Other requirements:
Should have a strong and smart personality as well as an attitude to do a goal-oriented plan, convince the plan to the operational team, monitor the plan on regular basis, and get the plan achieved by the IE and Production team.
