Education


  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements


  • Age 22 to 26 years
  • Skills & Qualifications:Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (a plus).
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities & Context


  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, orientation, and training for new hires.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Help with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving important records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
