Responsibilities & Context

We are a well-established Arabic-blended English-medium institute in Chattanooga, seeking a passionate and dedicated HR administrator with at least 5 years of experience in HR administration.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of staff
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the institution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures per institutional goals and legal requirements.
• handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Monitor and manage employee performance, providing feedback and support for professional development.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• assist in developing and implementing HR strategies to support institutional growth and employee satisfaction.
