We are a well-established Arabic-blended English-medium institute in Chattanooga, seeking a passionate and dedicated HR administrator with at least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of staff
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the institution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures per institutional goals and legal requirements.
- handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
