Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. A business concern of Evince Group and an eminent global retail chain operating across the world and world’s fastest growing retail chain is steering its operation in Bangladesh, is looking forward to hire an young, energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Executive, Human Resources. This position is focused to work to process which a company can effectively source and attract the top talent, manage & develop high quality internal and external candidates, focus on employee engagement, developing a well- designed talent acquisition strategy for reducing the cost and ensuring the employer branding for Miniso Bangladesh Ltd.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze assessment data to identify high-potential talent in organization with reference to Skills Maps of the Skills Frameworks.
  • Communicate with HR Manager to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the organization goals.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, job fairs, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments/ determining selection criteria and in-person interviews.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives & ensure to positive candidate experience.
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • Assist to prepare/ design & implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive which can align with Succession Planning.
  • Analyze data gathered from line managers on competencies required and gaps identified.
  • Analyze exit interview feedback and provide recommendations for employee retention.
  • Organizing and assisting in the annual function, cultural function & other company events.
  • Any other task assigned by the team manager from time to time.

Experience Requirements:

– 1-3 years of relevant experience

Educational Requirements:

– BBA/ MBA in HRM

Age Limit:

Age 24 to 30 years
