Job Responsibilities
- Using scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc.
- Able to handle different clients beyond communication “Script”.
- Identify customers need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
- Maintaining communication through Email and other means of communication
- Manage large amount of outbound and/or inbound calls in a timely manner
- Visit Corporate clients as per requirement
- Appointment Setting
- Communicate respectfully & politely all time.
- Respect office rules & responsibilities.
Employment Status: Full-time / Part-time
Workplace: Work at office
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Candidates having a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Digital Marketing will get preference
Experience Requirements: Experience not required
