I’ve led digital transformation programs for 30M+ subscribers and managed Solution Architects and SMEs across Asia. My expertise spans BSS operations, business process reengineering, and 5G/cloud infrastructure in both presales and delivery. I’ve also overseen managed services for a major telecom operator. Recently, I’ve shifted focus toward counseling youth and families, inspired by real-world challenges. To support this path, I’m pursuing a master’s in psychology and Islamic Counseling, bridging technology leadership with social impact.
